In September of 2022 the Cross Country Chase presented by Motorcycle Cannonball will once again make way for the next epic adventure of Man vs. Machine! A cross country challenge for riders with motorcycles that were manufactured between 1930-1960, The Chase will be a test of Endurance, Speed, Navigation, and Knowledge. This years route will take riders along the Historic Route 66, starting in Springfield, IL and ending on the Santa Monica Pier in California 10 days later. The Chase will hopefully bring a worldwide embrace and knowledge of the nostalgia and historical value of the route, our goal is to show the world the real life Americana that the route still holds alive to this day! The Chase will be visiting many small communities along the way and are eager for the local public to come witness and experience what this historic event is all about.

Riders will have to successfully navigate the 10-day, 2300+ mile route without going off course or getting lost. The Cross Country Chase will provide riders with a Navigation Map each morning that will give turn-by-turn instructions based on mileage.
